What photo works best?

Any phone photo where you can clearly see your pet's face works great. Natural lighting helps, but we can work with most clear photos. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP up to 20MB — upload up to 3 photos for multiple pets, or 1 of you and 1 of your pet for a "You + Your Pet" portrait.

My pet is black/white/fluffy—will it still work?

Absolutely. Our process preserves the unique details of every coat type, including the subtle colours in black fur and the texture of fluffy coats.

Three options: a 4K digital download ($29) ready to share or print anywhere; a museum-quality matte poster print at 16×20" ($45); or a gallery-wrapped canvas at 16×20" ($85). Add a frame to either print for $20. Physical goods are printed to order and shipped by our production partner.

How long does it take?

Your preview is typically ready in about a minute. Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase. Printed orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days (5–7 for framed pieces), and shipping takes a few days on top depending on your location.

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship to 23 countries across North America, the UK and Ireland, Europe, Oceania, and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Standard shipping starts at $12, express at $20, and orders over $120 USD ship free to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

If a print arrives damaged, faded, or with any production error, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you — at no charge. Change-of-mind refunds aren't offered since each portrait is made to order. See our Refund Policy for full details.
